Who provides the app
The ConQioFlags app is provided by Raúl Flores Carpio. Full details are in the legal notice.
The license
By downloading the app, you accept Apple’s standard license agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). These terms complement it; they do not replace it.
What’s free and what the purchase unlocks
- Free: everything from your continent. Its lessons, its flags in every mode, Around the world across your continent, and the games with friends using its flags. If you’re from Oceania, you also get Europe.
- Your continent is set the first time you open the app, from the country of your App Store account; if that isn’t available, from your device’s region or time zone. It doesn’t change when you travel.
- ConQioFlags Complete: a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all 195 countries in every mode. It’s not a subscription: you pay once and it’s yours forever.
- The price is the one the App Store shows in your currency, taxes included. The app has no ads.
Family and other devices
- With Apple’s Family Sharing, up to six people can use the purchase without paying again.
- On a new device, or if you reinstall the app, tap Settings › Restore purchase.
Payments and refunds
Apple charges for the purchase and handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use it, in your iCloud. Use the iCloud backup or export your progress from time to time: if it’s lost without a backup, we can’t recover it, because we don’t have it.
Permitted use
The app is for your personal use and your family’s. You may not copy, modify or sell it, or use its texts, drawings or data outside it, except as allowed by law or by third-party licenses (listed in the app’s credits).
Flags, maps and borders
The data is checked carefully, but flags, capitals and names can change. Borders, names and capitals are shown for educational purposes and do not express any position on territorial disputes. If you spot a mistake, write to us.
Changes
We may improve the app and change these terms. If a change affects you, we’ll say so in the app. What you’ve already bought won’t be taken away.
Liability
In accordance with the law, we are responsible for the app working as described. We are not responsible for faults in your device or for other parties’ services (the App Store, iCloud), except where the law does not allow us to exclude that liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you are also protected by the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you can go to the courts where you live.
